Dr. Christoph Eisenhardt founded and manages Eisenhardt & Wolf.
Christoph is an effective strategist with an innovative approach and strong R&D knowledge. He successfully planned and implemented all transformational steps of organizations from the development of business models, the adaptation of technology and business processes up to organizational changes.
He offers holistic and action-oriented consultation from strategy development to implementation, including product concept development, business process design and organizational design. Christoph advises clients on how to exploit innovations and existing assets to further develop business models or to create new business opportunities.
As a systemic coach he supports people during transformations and during vision work.
He provides all his services in German and English.
Christoph began his career starting up a business in the laser industry. In 2006 he switched to the diagnostics industry and worked for the market leader Roche Diagnostics. Starting as a Senior Project Leader for early-stage medical device development projects, afterwards he was responsible for various global departments at Roche.
He brings many years of corporate experience and understands both the expectations and the restrictions faced by leadership.
He designed, led and implemented numerous strategic initiatives in the area of process development, organizational design, new business building and change management. He supported board members and drove the transformation of organizations, global leadership teams and business processes.
Christoph switched to business consulting in 2020. He has been consulting clients from diagnostics industry, semiconductor manufacturing technology and mechanical engineering.
He received his PhD in physical chemistry from the Freie Universität Berlin. In 2001 he completed his scientific career as a post-doc at the European Laboratory for Non-Linear Spectroscopy in Florence, Italy. He did his Executive Leadership Program with the London Business School in addition to taking part in several Leadership Programs and Project Leader trainings, followed by Change Management certification with TÜV Süd and Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance. Christoph did his coaching education at Trigon (Salzburg, Austria) and is a certified systemic coach (Coach Trigon, Certified Business Coaching IOBC, ISO 17024).
